We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our client based in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable Class 1 Driver looking for consistent weekday work with excellent pay rates.
Pay Rates (PAYE): Monday to Friday Days = £16.00 per hour (£17.93 including holiday pay)
The Role: As a Class 1 Driver, you will be working on curtain-sided trailers, carrying out mainly trunking work with 12 delivery points per shift. There is no handball involved, making this an ideal role for a professional Class 1 Driver seeking straightforward and clean work.
Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday to Friday. Start times around 05:00 - 06:00. Weekend work available with other local clients if desired. Flexible shifts available for those seeking part-time work.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 licence (C+E)
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Minimum licence held for 1 year, with at least 6 months experience
