We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver (LGV C) to join our client based in Woolwich on a temp-to-perm basis.

Job Details

  • Location: Woolwich
  • Pay Rate: £16.40 per hour or £18.38 per hour (incl holiday pay)
  • Start Date: Monday 18th May
  • Initial Start Time: 9:30am
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday & Tuesday: 13:00 - 21:00
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 06:00 - 14:00

Duties Include

  • Driving an 18-ton lorry from Woolwich to Haverhill daily
  • Loading and unloading cages of laundry
  • Managing delivery schedules safely and efficiently
  • Waiting at Haverhill during laundry turnaround times
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 (LGV C) licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
  • Reliable and professional attitude
  • Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
