Experience/Skills Required: * Time-served Miller with recent experience in CNC machining. * In-depth knowledge of Fanuc programming language. * Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality. * Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues. * Customer service experience is essential, with a proactive approach to meeting customer needs. Key Responsibilities: * Operate manual and CNC milling machinery to conduct internal and external milling of components. * Use inspection equipment to ensure components meet required sizes, tolerances, and surface finishes. * Interpret engineering drawings and extract necessary data to meet customer specifications. * Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards and efficient production flow. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Communicate effectively with team members, engineering staff, and management to ensure project requirements are met on time and to specification.
