Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, and consulting them on the many benefits, products and services. Key Responsibilities * Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets. * Make 80 outbound Sales calls and achieve a total call time of 90 minutes per day. * Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods. * Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction. * Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. * Log all activity on the CRM system. Skills/Experience * At least 6 months experience within a phone based or customer facing role * Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers * Excellent communication and relationship building skills via telephone * Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) * Ability to improve and adapt based on feedback and training.
