Are you proud of your work? SRS Clean Ltd is a growing professional End of Tenancy Cleaning Company, working with Estate Agents, Landlords and Private Tenants across London. We specialise in preparing houses and apartments to a high professional standard between tenancies, ensuring properties are immaculate and ready for the next tenant. We are looking for reliable, hardworking and professional cleaners who take pride in what they do and have a genuine eye for detail. This is a hands‑on role and can be physically demanding. It is not suitable for someone looking for an easy cleaning job.
The Role
You will travel to residential properties across London and carry out professional end‑of‑tenancy cleaning. You will:
- Clean unoccupied flats, apartments and houses
- Work as part of a team and, when required, independently
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a professional standard
- Use company cleaning equipment, products and materials
- Follow SRS Clean training, procedures and checklists
- Follow all company Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of detail
- Take responsibility for the quality of your own work
- Represent SRS Clean professionally when working in customers' properties
What we are looking for
Professional end‑of‑tenancy cleaning experience of at least 1 year is preferred. However, we will consider training the right person if they can demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.

Location requirement
Applicants MUST live within approximately 15 minutes of our working area. Priority will be given to applicants living in or very close to: SE16, SE8, SE1, SE15, SE17, SE10, E1, E2, E3, E8, E14. Due to the nature of our work, reliable and reasonable travel to properties is essential. A full UK driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
Working hours
We offer flexible working, with both full‑time and part‑time hours available. Our working week is generally: Monday – Saturday with occasional Sunday work during particularly busy periods. Most jobs are approximately half‑day to full‑day assignments. Typical start times are: 9:00am – 9:30am. Typical finish times are: 3:00pm – 5:00pm. Occasionally, you may be required to work additional hours or complete two properties in one day. This will always be discussed and arranged with you in advance.
