The purpose of the role is to provide a first class service to their growing membership.
You will be dealing with a variety of in-coming telephone calls, emails and other written correspondence from existing members and the general public.
No two days will be alike and the phone team are instrumental in supporting wider teams with assistance, from advising how to navigate the specific sections of their website to helping someone new to the organisation choose the best membership for them.
