Working for a well known environmental charity this role involves taking incoming telephone calls and making changes to details on the organisations database.

Inputting changes of addresses, emails, telephone numbers etc.

The association is about to change their CRM system and prior to the change over it is important to ensure the validity of the existing information.

Therefore this role requires you to be meticulous, polite and helpful over the telephone with good clear communication and good attention to details.
