SRP Cleaning Group Ltd is an independently owned Residential & Commercial Cleaning Company based in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. Established in 2021, SRP Cleaning Group Ltd has built up an enviable reputation throughout South Wales, Powys, The Midlands, West of England & South West England. We have continued to expand over the last 4 years and strive to be the best in the cleaning industry.
Due to the high demand for our services, we are looking for an Administration Officer to join our busy team of honest, hardworking and reliable individuals. This position is for 16 hours per week with hourly rates starting from £13.50 (the highest paying in the area) and enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Producing letters
- Diary management
- Responding to emails
- Checking and ordering stock
- Ensuring the smooth running of a busy office
- Liaising with domestic and commercial clients
- Distribution of staff rotas via our computerised system
- Checking incoming and outgoing post
- Answering phones and directing where necessary
- Updating policies and procedures as and when required
Must be able to get to the office with reliable transport.
Requirements for the position:
- Diploma of Higher Education (desirable)
- Office experience: 4 years (required)
- Organisational skills: 4 years (required)
- Administration qualification (required)
Appointment to the post will be subject to the following conditions:
- Satisfactory references
- DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service Check)
- Right to work in the UK (RTW)
