This role combines asset management and on-site coordination, acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers. You will manage stock, logistics, and service coordination activities, ensuring smooth operations aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Asset Handling
- Coordinate stock movements with delivery and partner teams
- Receive, unbox, and prepare assets for dispatch or collection
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Ensure accurate and auditable stock control processes
- Stock Management & Reporting
- Manage stock booking (in/out) with full audit trail
- Perform monthly/ad-hoc stock audits
- Generate stock and usage reports
- Collaborate with asset management teams (including offshore teams)
- Support stock level planning and disposal activities
- Coordination & Administration
- Monitor service tickets and ensure SLA compliance
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate engineers
- Update ticketing systems accurately
- Escalate potential SLA breaches
- Provide reporting support and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
