Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement (SOW).
- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
- Design workflows, approval processes, worker profiles, and rate structures.
- Support testing activities, UAT, and production issue resolution.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for labour spend, supplier performance, and compliance tracking.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass Configuration Manager.
- Experience with APIs, connectors, web services, and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
