  • Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement (SOW).
  • Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
  • Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
  • Design workflows, approval processes, worker profiles, and rate structures.
  • Support testing activities, UAT, and production issue resolution.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for labour spend, supplier performance, and compliance tracking.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration.
