Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, PPM/SPM, and GRC.
- Design workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain and enhance CMDB and ensure data integrity.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, PPM/SPM, and GRC modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) and good knowledge of Java.
- Experience with databases like Oracle and MySQL.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API development.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
