We’re looking for a Senior Network SRE to join our global network operations team and help deliver highly reliable, scalable, and secure network services. This role focuses on incident leadership, deep troubleshooting, automation, and technical direction across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and resolve critical network incidents in high-pressure situations
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, firewall, wireless, and overlay/underlay issues
- Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive operational excellence
- Participate in a 24/7 shift-based operations model
- Build and improve automation, monitoring, and observability
- Support network security, segmentation, and VPN solutions
- Contribute to innovation projects including wireless design and AI cluster deployments
What you bring:
- 10+ years of hands-on network engineering / operations experience
- Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalling, and wireless
- Deep troubleshooting skills (EVPN & Segment Routing preferred; strong MPLS acceptable)
- Solid Linux/Unix experience
- Experience with automation and monitoring platforms
- Ability to work independently and lead technically
