Are you a recruiter who thrives on autonomy, loves building genuine relationships and wants a role where your impact is visible from day one? We're working with a well-established organisation to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of recruitment across a defined region. This is a remote-first role, but it's very much a people-focused one - you'll be the face of the talent team, advising hiring managers and representing the employer brand at local events and community partnerships as required.

If you come from a compliance-heavy recruitment background - particularly in healthcare, care or education - and you're used to managing high-volume, process-driven hiring, this role will feel like a natural fit.

What the role involves:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment across your region, from initial briefing through to offer and acceptance
  • Proactively building candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on hard-to-fill and specialist roles
  • Attending careers events, building local networks and running creative attraction campaigns to reach passive talent
  • Working closely with hiring managers as a true recruitment partner - advising on market conditions, shaping job briefs and keeping the process moving
  • Producing meaningful recruitment reports and presenting pipeline updates in regular stakeholder meetings
  • Bringing fresh thinking to sourcing strategies and employer engagement
What we're looking for:
  • A recruitment background in healthcare, care or education - sector-specific compliance knowledge is essential for this role
  • Experience in an internal, embedded or on-site recruitment capacity (agency recruiters with project experience are very welcome)
  • Confidence working independently, managing your own priorities and diary
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A full UK driving licence and genuine flexibility to travel regularly across your region
What's on offer:
  • Up to £38,000 salary
  • A collaborative, supportive talent team where your ideas are genuinely welcomed
  • Real ownership of your region and the space to do recruitment properly
  • This is a fixed term contract opportunity offering the kind of autonomy and scope that's hard to find.

If this sounds like the kind of role you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
