Internal Recruiter – Regional Talent Partner

We’re hiring a Regional Internal Recruiter to join an expanding talent acquisition team. This role offers the autonomy to shape local hiring strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner directly with hiring managers.
You’ll be based remotely but will regularly travel within your region for face-to-face meetings, events, and relationship building, with occasional visits to head office. If you\’re proactive, confident engaging with stakeholders, and enjoy driving candidate attraction strategies, this could be your next challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead recruitment for your region , owning the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing through to offer
- Actively headhunt and build targeted candidate pipelines in skill-shortage and competitive markets
- Engage local talent by attending careers events, building partnerships, and developing creative attraction campaigns
- Partner with hiring managers , offering market insight, shaping job briefs, and managing expectations
- Identify opportunities to support broader workforce needs , including flexible staffing and apprenticeships, through strategic conversations with stakeholders
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics , including candidate engagement, pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness – you\’ll also run and chair weekly strategy and update meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in internal or embedded recruitment (agency background welcome if embedded or on-site)
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and can confidently lead their own workload
- A strong communicator who builds trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with fresh ideas and the energy to drive campaigns forward
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel locally and to head office as needed
