We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join a growing and collaborative talent acquisition team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take the lead for your region, shaping hiring strategies, building high-quality pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results.

This role involves travel across your region for face-to-face meetings, careers events and stakeholder engagement. If you’re confident, proactive and thrive on building meaningful relationships, this could be a great next step.

  • Taking full ownership of recruitment across your region, managing the end-to-end hiring process from initial brief through to offer.
  • Proactively headhunting and building targeted candidate pipelines, particularly in skill-shortage and competitive markets.
  • Engaging local talent through careers events, partnerships and creative attraction campaigns.
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics including candidate engagement, pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Running and chairing weekly recruitment update and strategy meetings with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.

Proven experience in internal or embedded recruitment (agency backgrounds are very welcome where there is on-site or embedded experience). Confidence using recruitment systems and data to produce meaningful insights and reports. A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel to sites and to head office when required.
