About the Role
This senior role involves leading the delivery of insurance due diligence and portfolio risk advisory services for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate M&A clients. The successful candidate will manage a team of project managers, drive operational excellence, and support the growth of the wider Private Capital & M&A practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing due diligence team.
- Oversee project allocation, workflow management, and overall team operations.
- Maintain clear oversight of team financials and fee frameworks.
- Build and manage strong relationships with investor clients.
- Deliver due diligence findings through reports, calls, and meetings.
- Assess target company insurance programmes and identify key risks.
