A leading property development group is looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join one of its largest and most dynamic divisions. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the heart of financial strategy, reporting and performance management.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for driving the financial reporting cycle — from weekly and monthly management information through to Board-level packs.
- Working closely with operating businesses, you'll challenge forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure financial integrity across a complex portfolio of development sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate profit and cashflow forecasts.
- Preparing quarterly business plan reviews.
- Overseeing balance sheet and overhead analysis.
- Coordinating with external auditors.
- Supporting tax reporting submissions.
What We're Looking For
- ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Solid FP&A or finance experience from practice, advisory or industry.
- Open to candidates with industry experience or from Modelling/TS teams within top consulting firms.
- Strong commercial acumen and confident communicating financial insight to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to lead and develop a team.
