Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their team. For the right person, there is a defined development path into a Senior Consultant position. The Role
You will be joining an established sales team where no two days are the same. This is a pure sales and relationship role – you will be:
- Handling warm, inbound leads and customer enquiries
- Managing a busy pipeline of live prospects
- Negotiating between customers and third parties
- Sending professional quotations and following up thoroughly
- Providing outstanding service throughout the sales process
Success in this role comes from being on top of every opportunity, highly organised, and disciplined in your follow-up and admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and orders quickly, efficiently and professionally
- Manage a busy pipeline of live prospects and stay fully in control of each opportunity
- Assess customer needs and act consultatively to find the right solution for them
- Prepare and send accurate, professional quotations
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM at all times
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to support team targets and customer outcomes
About You
We are looking for a switched-on, ambitious Sales Executive who genuinely enjoys selling and wants to earn well from their performance. You will:
- Have at least 1 year telephone-based experience in a sales or consultative role (essential)
- Have a minimum of 1 years' proven sales experience, hitting or exceeding targets (essential)
- Be exceptionally organised and comfortable managing multiple deals at once
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport
- Show impeccable attention to detail with solid admin and follow-up discipline
- Be confident using multiple systems and updating a CRM accurately
- Be self-motivated, proactive and genuinely results-focused
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
