Project Finance Analyst – Advanced Clean Energy Infrastructure
Location: West London (4 days on-site)
The Opportunity
A high-growth clean energy pioneer developing next-generation floating energy infrastructure is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join its commercial team in London.
Having secured substantial capital on a transformative global vision, the business is transitioning into its next phase of maturity. This role will sit at the intersection of financial structuring and complex product development, working directly with senior leadership to build out full capital stack solutions (equity partners, energy funds, asset & shipyard financing).
What You’ll Do:
- Project Finance & Capital Structuring: Build and manage complex financial models for multi-million-pound energy infrastructure projects across the entire capital stack.
- Bridge Finance & Engineering: Translate complex technical specifications into commercial models, product costing, and financial feasibility studies.
- Investor & BD Support: Create pitch decks, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis to present to institutional investors and funding partners.
- Ownership: Take full personal accountability for project reporting, valuation, and commercial analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4–5 years total career experience, with at least 2 years in Project Finance. Experience in an agile/growth-stage company is a plus.
- Sector Focus: Energy Infrastructure or technically adjacent sectors.
- Academics: Strong STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with an innate ability to understand complex technical products.
- Skills: Advanced financial modeling, sponsor-side project reporting, and strong commercial drive.
- Mindset: Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and ready to take full ownership of projects.
