SRM Recruitment have been retained by a growing transactional risk insurance broker who are expanding their tax risk insurance business. As part of their developing product line, they now require a senior M&A tax professional to join them as a Tax Broker.
You will be assisting in the origination, management and execution of tax insurance placements. This is achieved through engaging with the internal specialty teams and external distribution channels (private equity firms, lawyers, investment banks and accounting firms) to develop relationships and create tax insurance solutions to address their needs.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, qualified tax professional working in either an existing transactional risk insurance broker, private practice or an in-house tax team.
