A well-established London-based secondaries firm is looking to bring an experienced portfolio professional into their Portfolio & Analytics team. It's a broad, hands-on role that sits at the centre of the business — covering everything from valuation oversight and LP reporting through to data systems and analytical insight.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the portfolio monitoring process, ensuring accuracy across valuations and cash flows
  • Lead internal valuations and provisions processes
  • Take first review of monthly and quarterly LP reports, plus ad-hoc IR requests
  • Be the analytical focal point for portfolio insight and key business events
  • Work with external auditors to ensure portfolio data is correctly captured
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of data management systems
  • Review and validate the work of junior team members
  • Spot opportunities to improve how things work and help implement them

What We're Looking For

  • 3–8 years of relevant experience in portfolio monitoring, fund reporting or private markets analytics
  • Strong grasp of Private Equity fundamentals — secondaries experience a plus
