The company has achieved 10x year-on-year revenue growth, counts some of the UK's most recognised brands as clients, and is backed by one of Europe's leading technology investors.
The Opportunity
Reporting into a Global Head of Partnerships, you will join a growing partnerships function at a pivotal moment in the company's expansion. You will own and develop ISV and systems integrator relationships across the UK and EMEA. Executing co-sell motions, managing Microsoft ISV programme activity, and building joint go-to-market plans with technology and ALSP partners. This is a role for someone who wants to make a real impact within a well-supported, commercially ambitious partnerships team.
Duties
- Managing and growing ISV and SI partner relationships across the UK and EMEA
- Activating co-sell motions within the Microsoft ISV ecosystem, including Marketplace and AppSource activity
- Building joint go-to-market plans and driving partner-sourced pipeline alongside the commercial team
- Onboarding new technology and channel partners that extend the company's reach into in-house legal buyers
- Representing the business at legal tech events and Microsoft partner forums
Skills/Experience
- 2 to 5 years in an ISV partnerships, alliances, or channel role within B2B SaaS
- Experience working within or alongside Microsoft ISV partner programmes — co-sell, Marketplace, or AppSource is desirable
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through a partner channel, not just manage relationships
- Experience structuring and managing SI relationships is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the legal tech or CLM landscape is a bonus, not a requirement
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment
