Are you a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a production business, is looking for someone to join their finance team as a Financial Controller.

The Opportunity

The business is ideally looking for someone who is qualified and currently working in the media industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a team of 8 (qualified, non-qualified & manager)
• Reviewing the monthly management accounts, ensuring variances are explained in detail
• Production of statutory accounts and leading the audit process
• Preparing monthly group cash flow
• Reviewing and approving budgets
• Attending Senior Leadership meetings to discuss company performance and cost control
• Review and improving group policies
• Managing, motivating and success planning the team

About you:

• Qualified accountant
• Strong background in financial reporting ideally from media (production)
