We are supporting a well-known organisation who are implementing a brand-new HR system. To support this project, we are looking for several Temporary HR Data Administrators to help migrate digital employee records from one system to another.
This role is highly process-driven, repetitive, and perfect for someone who is organised, methodical and happy working through digital documents at pace.
The Role
- Reviewing digital employee records
- Working through a checklist of required documents (e.g., contracts, DBS checks, right-to-work, training certificates up to 40 documents per employee)
- Identifying missing documents and updating the tracker accordingly
- Uploading complete packs into the new HR system
- Accurately recording progress on spreadsheets and trackers
- Ensuring all information is uploaded and labelled correctly
- Flagging any issues or inconsistencies to the project lead
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with large volumes of digital documents
- Comfortable following structured processes and checklists
- Able to focus, concentrate and work methodically
- Confident using spreadsheets and systems (Excel / trackers)
- Reliable, proactive and able to start immediately
- Previous HR experience is helpful but not essential; strong admin experience is just as valuable.
