A leading property development group is looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join one of its largest and most dynamic divisions. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the heart of financial strategy, reporting and performance management.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for driving the financial reporting cycle — from weekly and monthly management information through to Board-level packs.
- Working closely with operating businesses, you’ll challenge forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure financial integrity across a complex portfolio of development sites.
- Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate profit and cashflow forecasts, preparing quarterly business plan reviews, overseeing balance sheet and overhead analysis, coordinating with external auditors, and supporting tax reporting submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Solid FP&A or finance experience from practice, advisory or industry
- Open to candidates with industry experience or from Modelling/TS teams within top consulting firms.
- Strong commercial acumen and confident communicating financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to lead and develop a team
