Finance Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who are passionate about technology and want to transition into a systems-focused role.

You’ll play a key role in supporting, configuring, and optimizing our finance systems, working closely with both finance and IT teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain D365 Finance and Operations modules.
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Document, analyze, and optimize financial business processes.
• Support integrations with D365 Customer Engagement and Project Operations.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools.
• Background in business analysis and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of D365 modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Project Management and Accounting (PMA).
• Experience supporting finance teams and delivering system enhancements.
