Our client is a multinational insurance brokerage with a growing transactional liability and private capital advisory business. They are now seeking an individual to lead their Risk Advisory and Insurance Due Diligence team across the UK and Ireland.
About the Role
This senior role involves leading the delivery of insurance due diligence and portfolio risk advisory services for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate M&A clients. The successful candidate will manage a team of project managers, drive operational excellence, and support the growth of the wider Private Capital & M&A practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing due diligence team.
- Oversee project allocation, workflow management, and overall team operations.
- Maintain clear oversight of team financials and fee frameworks.
- Build and manage strong relationships with investor clients.
- Deliver due diligence findings through reports, calls, and meetings.
