Are you a recruiter with a strong temporary desk or on-site workforce background, looking to take that expertise in-house and focus purely on delivery? We have an urgent requirement for an immediately available Internal Resourcing Partner to manage a busy in-house flexible worker bank on a long-term temporary basis, covering an absence with genuine potential to become a permanent role for the right person. This is essentially the internal equivalent of running a temporary desk - fast-paced, relationship-driven and operationally rewarding - without the business development pressure. If you know your way around a temp desk or have managed flexible workforces on-site, and you're available now and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day running of an internal bank of flexible workers, matching availability to demand across the business
- Maintaining and growing the worker bank through proactive attraction, registration and onboarding activity
- Building strong relationships with flexible workers to maximise engagement, availability and retention
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational hiring managers with short-notice or variable resourcing needs
- Keeping accurate records and producing regular reporting on fill rates, bank capacity and worker activity
- Continuously improving processes to ensure the bank runs efficiently and responsively
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience running a temporary recruitment desk or managing an on-site or MSP flexible workforce - this is essential
- Immediately available or able to start at very short notice - this is an urgent requirement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting
- A natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems and reporting on key operational metrics
- Proactive and calm under pressure - you'll need to think on your feet when demand spikes
Why This Role?
- All the energy and pace of a temp desk without the sales targets
- A long-term temporary assignment with real potential to go permanent
- Be part of a wider talent team that values collaboration, ideas and initiative
- Hybrid working with a sensible balance of remote and in-person working
- Step in, make an immediate impact and make the role your own
