The Role
As a Trainee Accountant you will work closely with an experienced finance team and gain broad exposure to the full management accounts process. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting monthly P&L reviews including gross profit and overhead analysis
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Carrying out bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Raising invoices and posting journals
- Supporting the monthly financial close process
- Assisting with year-end audit preparation and budgetary tasks
