Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys real ownership, strong relationships and making a genuine impact in a fast-paced, people-led environment? We’re looking for a Regional Talent Partner to join a growing and collaborative talent acquisition team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take the lead for your region, shaping hiring strategies, building high-quality pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results.

This role involves regular travel across your region for face-to-face meetings, careers events and stakeholder engagement. If you’re confident, proactive and thrive on building meaningful relationships, this could be a great next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Taking full ownership of recruitment across your region, managing the end-to-end hiring process from initial brief through to offer.
  • Proactively headhunting and building targeted candidate pipelines, particularly in skill-shortage and competitive markets.
  • Engaging local talent through careers events, partnerships and creative attraction campaigns.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers, offering market insight, shaping job briefs and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics including candidate engagement, pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness.
