Management Accountant

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days from home)

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

We’re working with a rapidly expanding, private equity–backed organisation based in Hertfordshire to appoint a Management Accountant.

This role offers the chance to join a high-energy, multi-site business at a key stage of its transformation. You’ll be a core member of the finance team, supporting both operational and commercial decision-making within a PE-backed environment.

Key Duties

• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Taking responsibility for specific balance sheet areas
• Overseeing cost allocations across the business
• Managing and reconciling intercompany charges
• Assisting the wider finance function through ongoing change and transformation initiatives

About You

• Newly qualified accountant or up to 3 years PQE (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable in a hands-on role
