An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Manager to join a market leading brand as they continue to grow. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for managing the Credit function of the business to ensure performance expectations are met and exceeded by improving cash flow through maximisation of cash collections and business partnering with other areas of the organisation.
Key duties
- Effective Credit Control team management to include mentoring and development as well as performance reviews and necessary training
- Improve and implement processes and procedures within Accounts Receivable to include credit risk policy
- Budgeting and reporting
- Manage internal and external relationships to minimise risk to the business through debt management and recovery
- Prepare and analyse management and KPI reports on performance, aged debt and costs
- Weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting
- Stakeholder management and business partnering with key areas of the organisation to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required
Key skills and attributes required
- Extensive experience in a similar Credit Management role ideally within an international business
- Proven track record of team management and development
- Confident and articulate with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Advanced level Excel with experience of using NetSuite
- Accountable and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- A driver is required due to the location of this company not being in walking distance of the station
