We are recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy finance team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger professional available for an immediate start.
The role:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for vendor invoices
- Carry out invoice verification and matching against purchase orders and receipts
- Process payments in line with internal controls and handle expenses and reimbursements
- Post accruals, clear unmatched invoices and reconcile vendor statements
- Support month-end close activities relating to accounts payable
About you:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
