Accounts Payable Specialist Immediate Start West London A well established business based at modern offices in West London is looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Specialist on an immediate start basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional to take sole ownership of the accounts payable function within a fast paced, technology driven finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will own the end to end accounts payable process. As you develop in the role you will play a key part in driving automation and process improvement across the function. The Role Own invoice processing for the group, around 20,000 invoices a year Manage the automated invoicing system and code invoices on upload Run the AP inboxes and resolve all supplier queries Own payment runs, securing senior approval Process staff expenses and related queries Own supplier statement reconciliations Support the audit on all AP and transactional finance queries Drive automation and improvement across the accounts payable function About You 2 years accounts payable experience Intermediate Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Strong communicator across finance and non finance teams Proactive, calm under pressure and keen to grow Why Apply Immediate start available Salary up to £35,000 plus benefits Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home Sole ownership of the AP function with genuine scope to improve processes Join a growing business with a strong focus on technology and people This is an immediate start role and the client is interviewing now, so early applications are encouraged.
