An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join a market leading brand as they continue to grow. You will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable function of the business to ensure performance expectations are met and exceeded by improving cash flow through maximisation of cash collections and business partnering with other areas of the organisation. Key duties will include: Manage the complete billing and collection cycle—from work in progress through to invoicing and payment Ensure client accounts are accurately maintained and cash is collected within agreed terms Credit control WIP-ensuring projects are running to plan and within budget and ensure billing is accurate and payments are received on time Implementing improved processes and procedures Manage the complete billing and collection cycle Reconciliations and month-end Other ad hoc projects as required Key skills and attributes required: Proven track record in a similar Accounts Receivable role ideally within a service providing/contract based business Confident and articulate with a commercial mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Advanced level Excel with experience of using Xero
