SRLV is a mid-tier firm of chartered accountants, business management specialists and corporate and private client advisors, based in the heart of London’s West End. From premium restaurants and prime property to established names in music and entertainment, we have an inspiringly diverse client base. A highly personalised service puts clients at the centre; people and relationships come first.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised PA with a strong work ethic to support two of our Music and Entertainment partners. This is a contract role and likely to be for at least one year.
The successful candidate will be unapologetically proactive, ensuring that the partners are kept fully informed of their emails and meetings with any urgent matters being flagged and resolved quickly and efficiently. In addition, they will need exceptional communication skills, the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients and are always willing to go that extra mile to deliver a fantastic service.
THE ROLE
- Filtering emails, highlighting urgent correspondence, initiating responses, booking meetings and assisting with client interactions wherever necessary
- Extensive diary management
- Being responsible for the client onboarding process
- Providing a proactive, effective, and comprehensive assistance in relation to managing Partner’s portfolio of clients
- Timesheet completion
- Managing and maintaining an organised system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritising tasks, and projects
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and organising files and records
- Photocopying, scanning and general admin duties
- Interacting with the Internal Accounts Team in relation to billing matters, client accounts and other ad hoc areas
- Report writing
- Raising client fee notes
- Liaising with clients and external contacts – via phone, email, and face to face
- Arranging and booking Partner travel and conferences
- Distribution of post electronically
- Providing support to other Partners / Associates when their PAs are absent
- Reception cover
- Arranging meetings, lunches (both internal and external). Proactively reminding internal colleagues of meetings to ensure the busy day remains on schedule and meetings take place in their allocated slots
WHO YOU ARE
- Demonstrable experience within a PA role in an accountancy practice is highly desirable.
- Previous experience of successfully working with and for various members and levels of senior management, up to and including partners.

- Previous experience of working within an accountancy practice or professional services firm is essential.

- Ideally has a good working knowledge of CCH and billing

9.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible working: 3 days (+) in office, 2 days at home.
