About The Role
As our VMS (Variable Message Sign) Administrator, you will support our VMS management team by providing a first-class service.
Be responsible for end-to-end admin support for the team and play a key part in keeping the messages alive.
Key Accountabilities
β Supporting our VMS team in an administrative capacity
β Raising quotations for our customers
β Raise damage advice notes and follow through to conclusion
β Confirming on hires, off hires on our internal management system. Following up with the client each time.
β Monitoring our battery voltage levels remotely via our tracking system, alerting our team who will manage
the next steps
β Liaising with our customers to ensure we have PO requests on time
β Receiving message requirements from customers and making recommendations on compliance
β Sharing previews with the customer for approval and scheduling for appearance on units
β VMS Location management and planning
β Admin management of our trailer servicing
