The day-to-day responsibilities of a Waiter:
- The Waiter is responsible for heading a team of waiters while serving guests and periodically checking if their needs are taken care of throughout their visit.
- This role requires good knowledge of the restaurant menu as well as the brand's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Have a solid knowledge of the menu and common allergens to give guests accurate information.
