The Role
We are currently recruiting 5 x Quality Business Analysts to work with our client’s Quality and Digital Strategy group and Senior Lab Systems Lead, supporting Lab Execution System (LES) deployment. We are seeking highly motivated and organised individuals with previous experience of instrumental methods, GMP testing activities, and data management systems such as Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). This role is suited to hybrid working with an expectation that at least two days per week will be spent working at our client’s site.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the interface between lab users and IT for system deployments (e.g., LES, LIMS, CDS)
- Optimize laboratory application usage and ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Support digital transformation initiatives within regulated environments
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, for example, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Biological Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Expert knowledge of Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and/or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Experience in implementation and management of IT and automated equipment
- Experience in data management, governance and reporting / analytics
- Strong understanding of GMP testing and quality control processes
