Turnover Coordinator

Job title: Turnover Coordinator SRG are recruiting for a Turnover Coordinator for a long term contract (12 months with likeliness of extension) for our Biopharmaceutical manufacturing client in Stein, Switzerland. About the Job: Aa a Turnover Coordinator, you will work as the main point of contact for pre-commissioning, turnover work, and all mechanical completion activities. You will be the coordinator communicating work between CQV, Engineering, and Construction contractors. Duties Management and direction of Mechanical Completions Walkdowns, including capture of punch items Assists in the development of the turnover process including roles and responsibilities, workflows and interfaces Supports in the coordination of the turnover scope with Engineering, Construction and CQV Preparation and support of system boundaries for process and non-process systems Punchlist Management Preparation of Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP) Processing and preparation of mechanical completion certificates Receipt and processing of construction dossiers from contractors Minimum requirements: Must have GMP Pharmaceutical experience Must have the right to work in Europe Must be willing to work on site in Switzerland Must have previous Turnover / CQV experience English speaking bare minimumDesirables: German speaking highly desirable Experience with DeltaV or other controls systems Experience preparing design qualification protocols Familiarity with VTOP…
