We're currently searching for an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading training activities within regulated manufacturing sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the site training strategy
- Lead and develop trainers and training coordinators
- Manage competency frameworks, training matrices and the LMS
- Ensure training compliance across GMP, Quality and Health & Safety
- Identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmes
- Drive continuous improvement across training and capability
