Role overview
The Project Coordinator Associate is part-time role within the Project Management Organization supporting the digital health solution team. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reporting
- Responsible for tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and providing reports on the financial status of projects
- Ensure resource allocation is efficient
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all necessary topics are covered
- Facilitate meeting logistics in meeting preparation and in follow-ups
- Manage third party vendors in terms of onboarding, SOW, deliverable tracking, and budget tracking.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Basic understanding of project management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
