The predicted salary is between 20 - 30 £ per hour.
This role is hands-on and high-impact during a period of transformational change within the IFP business. The position may be remote or onsite:
- Onsite: Walton Oaks office
- Remote: Must be located close enough to attend onsite at short notice if required.
The role partners closely with TBPs, Team Leaders, and the wider UK HR team to support change management, performance, people processes, and delivery of the UKI ABU People Plan. Deliver key HR initiatives across workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent, reward, employee relations, and performance management.
Understand and champion global/regional processes that accelerate culture and performance. Collaborate with Managers and Talent Acquisition on workforce and resourcing plans. Support critical change management initiatives impacting employees.
Employee Relations Activities
- Support the ER team with cases including disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
- Partner with Team Leaders to ensure ER processes comply with internal policies and UK legislation.
- Translate complex issues into plain, accurate and rigorous written language.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ HRBP experience.
- Experience in FMCG, matrix organisations, or similar industries.
- HRIS experience (Workday preferred).
- Proven experience producing high-quality documentation: reports, letters, notes.
- Knowledge of talent attraction and talent management best practice.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across stakeholder groups.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
