Snr Manager, Value Analytics (Oncology)

Senior Manager, Value Analytics Job Type: Temporary Location: Berkshire Duration: 12 months initial SRG are partnering exclusively with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit an experienced contractor with Health Economics expertise for a temporary role. This Senior Manager, Value Analytics position is initially for 6 months and offers a hybrid working arrangement based in Maidenhead with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, the successful candidate will support the global Value Analytics team with Excel-based economic modelling and other related tasks. You will have the opportunity to work across various therapy areas and development phases, from early pricing models to submission models. Main Responsibilities include: Develop global Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC), and Health Economic Models (HEM) for HTA, payer, and other access assessments, submissions, and negotiations. Assist affiliates with local adaptation of global models, coordinating data requirements across biostatistics and evidence generation functions to support pricing and reimbursement strategies. Support the development of ITCs and HEMs to inform value propositions, development, pricing, and strategic forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-country evidence modelling teams to source needs and co-create solutions. Utilize analytical techniques with clinical data and published information to inform market access strategies. Share best practices and key learnings across affiliates and partners. Skills and Experience Required: MSc or MPhil in Health Economics, Econometrics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field; PhD preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consultancy or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Understanding of health economics and evidence synthesis relevant to HTA, pricing, reimbursement, and value assessment. Experience with HTA agency submissions or stakeholder engagement is highly desirable. Expertise in economic modelling and budget impact analysis. Proficiency in Excel, including VBA, for economic models and BIMs. Proactive, motivated, and able to thrive under pressure. Experience working in a global matrix environment and cross-functional teams. Independent worker with full project accountability. Excellent communication skills.
