Role: Senior Process Engineer Type: Permanent Location: Oxfordshire SRG are currently recruiting for a successful and growing client. The team is expanding and seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support design, optimisation and scale-up. Key Responsibilities: Lead process design work (modelling, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances) Translate lab and pilot data into scalable process solutions Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure high safety standards Contribute to scale‑up strategy and process innovation Mentor junior engineers and support cross‑functional project delivery. Criteria: Degree in Chemical Engineering (Chartered desirable) Strong industrial process engineering experience, ideally with scale‑up exposure Background in clean-tech Skilled in process modelling and safety/risk assessments Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading workstreams.
