SRG are recruiting a Global SAP Process Data Consultant / Lead for a leading manufacturing organisation delivering a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role sits within the Source to Pay (S2P/STP) data workstream and is key to ensuring business data is standardised, governed, and ready to support global process design, migration, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and embed SAP S/4HANA master and transactional data requirements aligned to global value stream processes.
- Act as the bridge between business process owners, SAP functional teams, and data governance functions.
- Support data cleansing, mapping, migration, mock loads, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure data quality, readiness, and governance standards are met prior to cutover and go-live.
- Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation with a strong data focus.
Required Experience
- 5+ years SAP functional experience with strong data expertise.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (greenfield preferred).
- Experience supporting large-scale, global ERP transformations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects (Material, Business Partner, BOMs, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP MDG and data migration tools is advantageous.
