6 Process Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in Rhymney.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regulated production environment, supporting the manufacture of healthcare products through the operation of process equipment and adherence to GMP standards.
The Role
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of manufacturing intermediates through the operation of production equipment, material handling activities and completion of production documentation.
You will play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured to quality, safety and production standards within a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing and process equipment in accordance with production procedures.
- Handle and prepare raw materials for production activities.
- Complete batch documentation accurately in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Monitor process performance and carry out basic fault-finding activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S and CI activities.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and equipment care.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and operating procedures at all times.
- Assist with packaging, batch handling and production line activities.
What We're Looking For
- Basic English and Mathematics skills.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, production or operational environment would be advantageous.
- Understanding of GMP, quality procedures and health & safety practices is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Flexible approach to shift working and teamwork.
