Location: SRG is exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing food manufacturing business who are now looking to hire a Quality Assurance Assistant to join the team at their site near Kidderminster. The role is an office-based role, working with multiple departments including Production, R&D, QC and H&S. This exciting opportunity would be well suited to a recent scientific graduate who is passionate about the food industry and keen to kick-start their career outside of a laboratory environment.

Graduate opportunity with full training provided and lots of potential to develop skills in Food Quality Assurance in a supportive and inclusive environment. 6% employer pension, 40 working hours per week (8:30am – 5pm), with holiday allowance increasing with length of service.

  • Internal auditing of the production facilities to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain the on-site QMS (Quality Management System)
  • Handle customer complaints, ensuring effective management through to completion
  • Support with external regulatory audits
  • Other quality assurance tasks as required to support the team.

Recent graduate in Chemistry, Food Science, Natural Sciences, Biochemistry or similar
