SRG are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in the process industries with the hire of a Process Safety Manager. In this role, you will help strengthen process safety performance across active sites and ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses such as PHA, HAZOP, LOPA
- Support Functional Safety activities (SIS/SIF) within engineering projects
- Assist in the development and improvement of process safety procedures
- Deliver training on process safety methodologies
- Contribute to incident investigations and internal audit programs
Criteria:
- BEng Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- Functional Safety qualification (CFSE, TUV FS Eng or equivalent)
- Experience with SIL assessments and risk identification methods
- Experience facilitating PHA/HAZOP studies
- Knowledge of Area Classification, Alarm Management, and Human Factors
